Landsmith Associates, founded by director Sarah Jones-Morris FLI FIPM in 2017, is an award-winning landscape architecture and urban design consultancy.

 We collaborate and design with people and nature to cocreate for a more resilient planet, regenerate wildlife, and enhance well-being, from strategy to implementation

Services

We offer services from feasibility to detail design through to construction.  From nature reserves to residential to BIDs and Universities. Also, insight reporting, research, and participatory engagement with various techniques and materials (hybrid, in-person and digital).  Develop regenerative strategies at the city-to-estate scale for nature-based solutions.

We also conduct landscape and visual appraisal, Building with Nature assessors, Nature Positive University, and green infrastructure strategies and policies.

Sarah Jones-Morris, Director of Landsmith Associates, is an award-winning landscape architect and urbanist with over 25 years of experience in diverse UK projects.

 

Her expertise lies in integrating health and nature into landscape and urban design, from strategic planning to public realm spaces. As a Fellow of the Landscape Institute and Institute of Place Management, Sarah focuses on developing green infrastructure and public health-led masterplans and strategies. She is trained in UKHAB and BNG matrix. 

 

She co-founded the Association of Collaborative Design and Bristol Soundwalks. Design Council Expert, Design West Review Panellist and Building with Nature assessor and auditor, and has judged numerous awards. Notable projects include the We Can Make project, Avalon Marshes Visitor CentreRedcliffe and Temple Green Infrastructure Action Plan and the University of Bristol’s Living Estates Strategy

Flavia Goldsworthy
Flavia Goldsworthy

Consultant  
BA (Hons) MA LLI ​​

 

Flavia runs an established landscape design consultancy, focusing on ecologically sensitive design to create dynamic, elegant spaces for both humans and nature.
 
Passionate about materials and British craftsmanship, she has 18 years of design experience, trained at the Royal Botanic Gardens Kew, and holds a BA in Fine Art Sculpture from Brighton University and an MA in Landscape Architecture from Greenwich University. A visiting lecturer at the University of Gloucestershire, Flavia teaches Landscape Architecture.
 
She has completed projects across the UK and worldwide, collaborating with designers, architects, scientists, and developers, including on the We Can Make Avalon Marshes Visitor Centre and Home of 2030 competition.​

Duncan has over 25 years of management consulting experience, specialising in policy development, strategy, planning, and programme management. He excels in analytical and collaborative problem-solving. He has worked with government and healthcare organisations in the UK, Australia, and the Middle East, including developing social impact frameworks for retailers and business cases for the NHS.
 
As a Director at Deloitte Consulting in Sydney, he led hospital growth strategies and performance frameworks. Previously, as Head of Business Transformation for Engine Service Design in Dubai, he designed customer-centred models for hospitals and airports.
 
Duncan has collaborated with Landsmith Associates on various strategic projects.​
